Best bad experience ever!!!! 😏 My car was hit in parking lot and lady was kind enough to leave her insurance. Cape Fear Collison was top notch at creating a seamlessly easy experience. I dropped my car off. Troy & Susan were a delight and I picked it up and the guys in the back had detailed the inside! So again for getting my car hit, it was the best bad experience ever!! Thanks again CAPE FEAR COLLISION 🥰

I cannot recommend Cape Fear Collision enough! This is, without a doubt, the absolute best auto repair shop in Wilmington. From the moment I walked in, the administrative team was so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They made the entire process stress-free. A huge thank you to Troy for making my very first insurance claim completely seamless. I can definitely be a little high maintenance 😬🙈, but he was incredibly patient, communicative, and went above and beyond every step of the way. What truly sets this shop apart is their dedication to their customers. The owner and the entire team even stayed late after business hours to make sure my car was finished and back to me in time for my Fourth of July road trip. That level of customer service is incredibly rare these days, and it meant so much to me. Thank you to everyone at Cape Fear Collision for making such a stressful situation so easy. You’ve earned a customer for life!!!! I will never take my car anywhere else!

CAPE FEAR COLLISION gets Absolutely five stars! Hi, we were actually on our way to another paint and body shop located off Amsterdam way when we accidentally turned into Cape fear collision. We met with Susan at the front reception of Cape Fear Collision body & paint and we felt so confident in the work that would be done professionally & in 7 day, not 2 months as other shops had quoted! that we didn't even bother to go to the other place. We just got our car back after a week. By the way, Susan & the owner TJ dealt with Enterprise to get us a free car, and they dealt with the insurance company to make sure we didn't pay one penny! TJ at Cape Fear Collision, and his fine staff did an excellent job in record time on our brand new vehicle that had been sideswiped in a parking lot. Cape Fear Collision negotiated & advocated on my behalf with the insurance company to make sure that supplemental payments were made by the insurance company on repairs. At Cape Fear Collision we got our car back and it looks like brand new even though it had been sideswiped on the driver side, passenger and driver door. Our bill was $0.
